- Insect Control: The Anderson’s Duocide
- This is great for fighting and preventing grub worms, army worms and other insects that live in your lawn. I apply this to my lawn every 90 days, and it works great!
- Home Pest Control: Syngenta 73654 Demand CS
- If you’re interested in doing your own home perimeter pest control this product works great. I apply this product around the base perimeter of my home (three feet from the ground up) every 90 days and have no insects in the house.
- Herbicides for killing weeds: Image Herbicide
- If you’re just starting out doing your own lawn care this is a great product to use. It kills a variety of broad leaf weeds and is easy to use. It will also kill nutsedge which we all get during the late spring and early summer. It’s cheaper to purchase this product at Home Depot then buying it on Amazon. But here’s a link to it.
- Herbicides for weed control: Drive XLR8 or AG Methylated Seed Oil
- If you have lots of crab grass this is what recommend. It’s a good product but will need to be used with the Methylated Seed Oil and NOT a Non-Ionic Surfactant. I have it listed below.
- Nutsedge control: Sedgehammer
- If you have a lot of Nutsedge this is what I use and is very effective, it will kill your Nutsedge fast.
- Pre-Emergent: Barricade Granular Pre-Emergent
- If you want to avoid having weeds its best to use a pre-emergent. I apply this product every 90 days and don’t have any broadleaf weeds. It will not kill your existing weeds but will stop new ones from germinating.
