Lawn Leveling Prep
- Aeration may need to be done so sprinkler heads should be flagged and the lawn should be cut to no less than a ½ inch and not longer than 1 inch for best results. Should you need your lawn cut to those specifications we can provide that to you for an additional cost.
Topdressing
- Minimal preparation is required, please clear any obstacles in the yard so that we can navigate through the yard un-obstructed. We use a calibrated motorized spreader to give your lawn a consistent dispersed amount of material spreading.
Aeration
- For best results the lawn should have a deep watering the night before in order for us to get the best core depth.
- Sprinkler heads will need to be flagged. We are not responsible for broken sprinkler lines, buried lines, or sprinkler heads.
